Terms of service

Effective from 23 October 2026

These terms cover the use of Sakvora: the free cost calculator, online 3D print shops at /toko/shop-name, and the app for 3D print businesses. By using the service or paying for an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Who we are and who sells to you

Sakvora is an app for 3D print businesses. Each shop on Sakvora is run by its own owner: the shop is the seller, which prints, ships or hands over your items and receives your payment. Sakvora provides the system.

2. Free cost calculator

  • Results are estimates based on the files and rates you enter, not a guarantee of prices or costs.
  • Files are kept for up to 24 hours without your name or contact details, then deleted automatically. The Delete now button deletes them sooner.
  • Usage is subject to fair limits so the server stays responsive for everyone.

3. Quotes and estimated completion

  • Prices are calculated by actually slicing your file with the shop's printer profile and are valid for 24 hours. Quote files that are not ordered are deleted after 24 hours.
  • Completion estimates are based on the current printer queue. The date shown on your order page is the shop's commitment; if there is a problem, the shop will let you know via WhatsApp.

4. Orders, prices, and payment

  • Orders are processed after payment is received.
  • Payment is made through Midtrans (QRIS, bank transfer/virtual account, or card). The money goes to the shop's own Midtrans account.
  • The displayed price is the final price you pay, plus shipping if your order is delivered. Shops that are not VAT-registered businesses (PKP) do not charge VAT, so a shop receipt is not a tax invoice.
  • After paying, you receive a link to your order page and a receipt you can save as a PDF.

5. Cancellations and refunds

  • The shop may cancel an order before printing starts, for example if a color is out of stock or a file cannot be printed. Your money is refunded through Midtrans, and your order page then shows Cancelled by shop with the refund amount and reference.
  • Want to cancel? Contact the shop via WhatsApp before your order is printed.
  • In the quick-order flow, once printing has started an order cannot be cancelled or refunded, except for defective items or items that do not match the order. Send photos to the shop via WhatsApp as soon as possible after receiving the items; the shop will choose to reprint or refund.
  • How long a refund takes to reach your account or e-wallet depends on Midtrans and your bank.

Self-service printing: responsibility for failures

If a print fails because of my settings (support, walls, orientation, scale), I am charged according to progress: the fixed order fee + print price × progress (rounded up to the nearest 5%, minimum 10%). The rest becomes balance, with no reprint. Shop errors are reprinted free of charge at the front of the queue, or I may cancel and have the full payment credited as balance. The cause of failure is selected by the operator during QC and shown together with a photo. You must tick to accept these terms before paying for self-service printing.

6. Files and printed content

You warrant that you have the right to use the files you upload. Shops may refuse to print items that break the law or infringe the rights of others; if you have already paid, your money will be refunded.

7. App accounts and fair use

  • The Sakvora business app is currently invitation-only. Organisation owners are responsible for the members they invite and the roles they assign.
  • Keep your password and API tokens secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password or use Sign out of all devices under Account & data, and revoke any tokens you don't recognise.
  • Sign-in attempts, sign-ups, and public pages are rate limited for security. If you try too often, wait a moment and try again.
  • Your data remains yours: you can export it at any time and delete it under Account & data (see the Privacy policy).

8. Shipping and collection

Shipping costs follow the zone you choose when ordering; delivery times are estimates. For collection, follow the address and opening-hours notes on the shop page.

9. Liability limits

We do our best to keep the service running but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions. For any single order, the shop's liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. This page always shows the current version and its date; paid orders follow the terms in effect when you paid.

11. Contact

Questions about orders, cancellations, or refunds: contact the shop you ordered from using the WhatsApp button on its shop page or your order page.

12. Stored prints & combined shipping

Self-service checkout pays for printing only. Choose to ship as soon as printing is done (save an address), store your prints for now, or collect them yourself. Shipping is paid separately when you request it, calculated from the combined weight of all prints plus one package and rounded according to courier rates. Several orders may be shipped as one parcel with one tracking number.

Free storage follows the shop's settings, by default 30 days from when the first order in storage is finished and passes QC. We send email reminders 7 days and 1 day before the deadline. After the deadline, the owner may ship the items to the last address, with shipping paid by the recipient on delivery. If there is no address, the items may be considered abandoned 60 days after the first print is finished. Contact the shop before the deadline if you need a different arrangement.

Use the same email to view My stored prints. Sign-in links work once and expire after 15 minutes; customer sessions are separate from app accounts. If no email service is active, updates are still recorded, and customers can use their order status link or contact the shop.

13. Customer balance and top-ups

Balance can be used only for this shop’s services. It cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred, and it does not expire. Balances are separate for each shop and identified by the order email.

Top-ups through Midtrans start at Rp10,000. Balance is added once the payment is verified. At checkout or when requesting shipping, balance is used first if you select it, and the remainder is paid through Midtrans. If the remaining payment fails or expires, the deducted balance is restored automatically.

For failures caused by the customer's settings, the charge is the fixed order fee + print price × progress confirmed by the operator (rounded up to the nearest 5%, minimum 10%). The rest of the payment becomes balance. For shop errors, a free reprint is the default; before the reprint is sent to a printer, the customer may cancel and have the full payment credited as balance.

Cash refunds are solely at the owner's discretion and are recorded as a balance deduction together with the Midtrans refund reference.
